Using Nexio

Nexio is a business card scanning app made by MasterET Labs. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your account

You can use basic features without an account. Cloud sync and some premium features require signing in. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

What you can do

Use the app to scan business cards, store contacts, and export them for personal or professional use. Don't use it to spam people, scrape data at scale, or anything illegal.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium features are available through in-app purchase. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

AI and accuracy

The AI does its best to read cards accurately, but it's not perfect. Always double-check important contact details. We're not liable for errors in extracted data.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its code belong to MasterET Labs. Your contacts and data belong to you. We don't claim ownership over anything you scan or store.

Termination

You can stop using Nexio any time by deleting the app. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. If your account is suspended, you can request your data.

Limitation of liability

Nexio is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can't guarantee uptime or perfect results. We're not liable for lost contacts, missed details, or downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
